Christy Crowe Childers is a personal injury and truck accident lawyer with more than 20 years of experience advocating for injured clients. In 2024, Christy received the NBTA President's Award for her advocacy for board certification in truck accident law. She is the first woman in Georgia — and one of the first five nationally — to earn NBTA board certification as a truck accident lawyer. She is a frequently sought-after speaker at conferences and seminars throughout the country, sharing first-hand knowledge on trucking law, damages strategy, and trial method.


Christy's damages framework — the Damages House® method — has become one of the most widely taught approaches to noneconomic damages presentation in the plaintiff trial bar. Her forthcoming book, "Damages House," published by Trial Guides, brings that framework to the national legal community in full for the first time.
