Gainesville Division: Banks County, Barrow County, Dawson County, Fannin County, Forsyth County, Gilmer County, Habersham County, Hall County, Jackson County, Lumpkin County, Pickens County, Rabun County, Stephens County, Towns County, Union County, and White County.
Newnan Division: Carroll County, Coweta County, Fayette County, Haralson County, Heard County, Meriwether County, Pike County, Spalding County, and Troup County.
Rome Division: Bartow County, Catoosa County, Chattooga County, Dade County, Floyd County, Gordon County, Murray County, Paulding County, Polk County, Walker County, and Whitfield County.
Middle District of Georgia
The United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia has six divisions: Albany Division; Athens Division; Columbus Division; Macon Division; Thomasville Division; and Valdosta Division.
Albany Division: Baker County, Ben Hill County, Calhoun County, Crisp County, Dougherty County, Early County, Lee County, Miller County, Mitchell County, Schley County, Sumter County, Terrell County, Turner County, Webster County, and Worth County.
Athens Division: Clarke County, Elbert County, Franklin County, Greene County, Hart County, Madison County, Morgan County, Oconee County, Oglethorpe County, and Walton County.
